Brav0-cado! Avocado Dip

Serves 6-8

A great little dip to whizz up if you have friends coming round for drinks and one that’s highly nutritious too since avocados are full of good essential fats. This creamy dip is ideal served with root vegetable crisps or crudités and can’t be made in advance.

Kate’s top tips

I like to decorate my avocado dip with a little ‘dukkah’ spice mix available online at but you could always use a pinch of chilli powder or sweet smoked paprika if you can’t get hold of it. Don’t go overboard with either the tahini or the lemon juice or you will make the dip taste bitter.

You will need a food processor for this recipe.

1 tsp tahini

Juice ½ lemon
