A refreshing, hydrating smoothie, high in antioxidants, that will also give you a powerful potassium hit. All in all, a great snack!
If you are trying to tempt children to drink this, I suggest adding a pitted date to increase the sweetness.
What you need
240ml coconut water
1 tbsp Coconut Collaborative natural yoghurt
1 large ripe banana, previously peeled, chopped and frozen
2 handfuls spinach
1 tsp Matcha green tea
8-10 mint leaves
Pinch cinnamon (optional)
What you do
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
