Lives: A hectic life in Leigh-on-Sea
Family: Full time (try to be glamorous) mum of three and dutiful wife
Career: Personal trainer, fitness instructor, cook, nutritional guru, author, domestic diva, dog walker
Hobbies: Horse riding, yoga, reading (but only when I’m on holiday and can escape from the children), listening to house music -favourite d.j’s and producers being Third Party and Steve Angello.
Skills and strengths: Thirty something years in the university of life. If you need to know how to get a baby to sleep through the night or how to bust that muffin top, I’m your girl! Oh and did I mention, I love to party!
Oh, and on a serious note I feel most at home pottering in the kitchen dreaming up colourful and creative recipes packed with goodness. What a domestic goddess!!
Health: Bulging disc from too much high impact exercise in my early years (but hey you live and learn). Nut allergy. Scatter-brained but otherwise in good shape.
