Sorry this blog post is way overdue! I have been working extra extra hard trying to get my Christmas e-book ready for you in time for the big day. Well, good news … I’ve done it! I’ve also just put the finishing touches to my website (I didn’t realise how much detail had to go into that ‘project’), as well as wrapping up my 14 day Detox-cember weight loss course with my delighted participants. Everybody lost weight, with the majority of the partakers losing between five and eight pounds. I’m so so proud of the participants who finished the course feeling a lot more clued up about what foods they should and shouldn’t be eating, with the added bonus that they all had more energy – not to mention looser jeans! This detox was designed as the start of a long-term lifestyle change, helping to re-align the bodily systems, which in turn helps the body to function more effectively. On top of all of this, I’m cooking Christmas recipes galore! With me being so busy at the moment and burning the candle at both ends (so bad for me, yes I know!), I need quick, super-easy and healthy lunches that will keep me fuelled. Most importantly at this hectic time of year I need lunch to be #noagg! So, this week I am sharing this ‘Bringing Home The Bacon’ soup for you to cook. I love soup. and with the winter getting colder it’s definitely a winter winner!

I’m off to get on with some Christmas shopping online! I don’t mind the shopping but goodness, do I hate the wrapping! Such a lot of effort for a quick 20-second rip of the paper to see what’s inside. Talking of Christmas, what do you think about my decs?
